Pricing Policy

The price in which you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time in which you have placed your order.

The transfer of ownership of the goods you have purchased will be passed onto you once the goods have been delivered and your payment has been processed in full.

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP Sterling and are fully inclusive of VAT. Prices are excluding delivery. We reserve the right to alter the price should there be variances on the rates of VAT and we endeavour to make sure that all our prices are displayed correctly and that these are checked on a daily basis.

We accept online payment in a secure environment and we accept all major UK registered credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

We will only charge for postage/delivery once per order.

You will be issued with a receipt of purchase by email once you have placed your order.

Delivery

Delivery will be made via our courier or postal service.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you have stipulated at the time of purchase.

You can select the option for our courier to leave your goods at a local access point, close to your home address for collection should you not wish to wait in for a home delivery slot.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

Cancellations

Cancellation of products purchased on plumbsmarketplace.co.uk must be received within 14 days of purchase. All cancellation requests must be emailed to marketplace@plumbs.co.uk

Once the cancellation has been received and processed, you will receive an acknowledgement of cancellation by email.

A refund of the monies paid will be due to you and will be processed back onto the credit or debit card in which payment was received.

Refunds can be expected to be processed between 7 and 14 days of the cancellation request being received and return of delivered goods if applicable.

Plumbsmarketplace.co.uk are not liable for any return postage costs.

Should goods have been delivered to you and cancellation is made afterwards, refunds will only be due on the goods purchased and will not include any charges for postage/delivery.

Cancellations received after receipt of the goods must be received within 14 days of delivery date and you will have a further 14 days to return the goods.

All returned goods are subject to inspection and any impairment to the products will be chargeable at full purchase price.

Returns

All goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Plumbsmarketplace.co.uk are not liable for any return postage costs.

All complaints regarding goods received must be emailed to marketplace@plumbs.co.uk

Goods returned to plumbsmarketplace.co.uk without fault will be subject to credit note refund only.

Any returns made due to faulty or damaged items a full refund will be due to you inclusive of any postage paid.

All refunds due will be processed back onto the credit or debit card in which payment was received.

Refunds can be expected to be processed between 7 and 14 days of the return being received.

Returns/Cancellations for pencil pleat curtains will only be accepted should the heading tape not have been gathered unless the product is faulty. If the heading tape has been gathered payment will be retained for the full purchase price.

Made to Order Product

For cut length fabric or any other made to order product these items will be non-returnable or refundable, unless the goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt. All complaints should be emailed to marketplace@plumbs.co.uk
